Are you overweight with a BMI >30

or

have a BMI >25 with a pre-exisiting medical condition ie Diabetes, COPD, Asthma, Stroke or Mental Health Disorder.

If you are over the age of 16 and are interested in attending this programme please make an appointment with your GP or Practice Nurse for a referral. This group-based programme operates in Dungannon Leisure Centre. Cost £20 for an eight week period. A concessionary rate of £10 is available for those who meet the requirements (speak to the Activity Co-Ordinator in the Leisure Centre for information).
